Integral Yoga combines six branches of classical Yoga practice and philosophy: Hatha, Raja, Bhakti, Karma, Jnana, and Japa Yoga. It follows an interfaith worldview. In order to develop the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual aspects of people, it uses physical practices and philosophical approaches to life. For physical strength, integral yoga combines asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques). While Meditation is practiced to achieve inner serenity and joy. It also encourages practitioners to live a service-oriented lifestyle.
