Course Description

Yoni yoga is a type of yoga that helps practitioners connect with their intimate parts and with their wombs. Women are seeking to improve their relationships with themselves through this practice. In order to become physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually healthy, the soul must connect with its most intimate parts. This course is specially designed for women. The practice of Yoni yoga allows them to give themselves time and space to:

  • Make contact with your body's most private parts.
  • Muscles of the pelvic floor should be strengthened.
  • Stronger pleasure, even several peaks, or squirting are possible.
  • Remove any trauma from your womb space.
  • Experiment with your sexuality and learn more about it.
